Spiral lipped bowl glaze
Dimensions: 130mm (w) x 115mm (h)

1995

Hand-thrown bowl made with alterations in the form of spirals grooved into the wet clay, some exiting through the rim creating a spontaneous lip, giving the piece an asymmetric balance and individuality. The glaze pools into the grooves, accentuating the linear quality.
